GetResponse is a powerful marketing tool while Brizy is a simple yet powerful page builder to create a beautiful WordPress-based site. There is a simple way to integrate those tools in case you use both. Brizy has a default feature to integrate your WordPress site with your GetResponse account. You can create a form with Brizy and connect it with your GetResponse account. You can create the form anywhere on your website. From a page, sidebar, footer, header, or a landing page.
To create a form in Brizy, you can use the Form element. The element is available on both the free version and the pro version of Brizy, but you need to use the pro version to connect your form with your GetResponse account since the third-party integration is only available on the pro version.
Here is how to connect your Brizy form with your GetResponse account.
Step 1: Get the API key
To be able to connect your Brizy form with your GetResponse account, you need a GetResponse API key. To get it, visit the GetResponse website and login with your account. Once logged in, click the GetResponse menu on the upper left corner and select Integrations and API.
Click the Generate API key button under the API tab to get an API key.
Give your API key a name and click the Generate button.
Click the Copy button to copy the generated API key.
Step 2: Create a form with Brizy and connect it with your GetResponse account
As mentioned, you can create the form anywhere on your website. To add a form to the page or template you are creating, simply drag the Form element to the canvas area.
Set the fields according to your needs. You can read this article to learn more about how to create a form with Brizy. Once done setting the fields, click the action button to set the form action. Click the plug icon on the appearing settings bar.
On the appearing window, click the APPS tab and select GetResponse.
Enter the API key you have copied on step one above and click the Connect button.
On the next step, simply click the Continue button.
Select a list and click the Continue button.
Lastly, set the fields mapping and click the Continue button.
If everything goes well, you should see a successful message. That’s it. You have successfully connected your Brizy form with your GetResponse account.
