How to Connect a Brizy Form with Mailchimp

As you might have known, Mailchimp is a popular email marketing tool widely used by site owners. There are a bunch of plugins that you can use to integrate your WordPress site with your Mailchimp account. If you use Brizy on your WordPress site, no need to install a new plugin. The Brizy integration support with Mailchimp allows you to connect your Mailchimp account with a Brizy form regardless of your purpose. Whether to collect leads, email addresses for a newsletter, and so on.

Although the free version of Brizy allows you to create forms, you need to use Brizy Pro to connect your form with Mailchimp as third-party integration is only available on Brizy Pro.

Creating a Mailchimp API key

To be able to connect a Brizy form with Mailchimp, you need a Mailchimp API key. To create a Mailchimp API key, visit the Mailchimp website and login with your account. Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking your profile picture on the bottom-left corner and select Profile.

On your profile page, click the Extras tab and select API keys.

Click the Create A Key button beneath the API keys list to create a new API key.

Your new API key will be automatically created. Simply copy it from the API key column on the table.

Start integrating Brizy with Mailchimp

Add the Form element to the canvas area and set the fields according to your purpose and needs. By the way, you can read this guide if you are new to Brizy.

Once done setting the form fields, click the submit button to show the settings bar and click the plug icon.

On the appearing window, click the APPS tab and and select Mailchimp.

Enter the API you have just created and click the Connect button.

On the next step, simply click the Continue button.

Select a list (audience) you want to assign the form to and click the Continue button. Or, you can also create a new one by clicking the Create a new list button.

Set the fields mapping. Once done, click the Continue button.

That’s it. You should see a success message if nothing goes wrong.
