How to Add Slider Revolution to an Elementor Page

Elementor and Slider Revolution are popular WordPress plugins in their respective area. Elementor is the most popular page builder plugin while Slider Revolution is a popular slider plugin. If you install both plugins on your WordPress site, you can set them to work together to make your website looks stunning. If you use Elementor Pro, you can add a slider to your page using the Slides widget. However, you can only use the widget to create a simple slider. Slider Revolution is second to none when it comes to creating slider in WordPress, though.

Flexibility is one of the things offered by Slider Revolution. You can add the slider you created to any post or page using a shortcode. Elementor, as you might have known, has a Shortcode widget. You can use this widget to integrate Elementor with other WordPress plugins that use shortcodes, including Slider Revolution.

How to add a Slider Revolution slider to an Elementor page

Before editing a page with Elementor to add a Slider Revolution slider, make sure you already have the slider. You can copy its shortcode and then paste it to Elementor. Follow the steps below.

First off, click the Slider Revolution menu on your WordPress dashboard.

On the Slider Revolution dashboard, scroll down to the Search Modules section. Hover your mouse over a slider you want to add, click the arrow icon, and click Embed.

Copy the shortcode on the appearing popup.

Next, edit the page you want to add the slider to with Elementor (or create a new one). On the Elementor editor, drag the Shortcode widget to the canvas area and paste the shortcode you have just copied above to the field on the left panel.

That’s it. If you want the slider to be displayed in a full-width mode, you can make the settings to the section that hosts the slider. Set the Content Width to Full Width and Columns Gap to No Gap. Read this article to learn more.
