Elementor has a Form widget that you can use to create a form. You can use the Form widget to create a wide range of forms. From registration form, file upload form, booking form, email subscription form, and so on. Unfortunately, the Form widget is only available on the pro version of Elementor. If you use the free version of Elementor and want to add a form to your page, you can use an HTML form.
The main advantage of using HTML form in Elementor is that you can connect your form to a form backend service in case the form you want to create is aimed at handling submissions in a large number.
How to add an HTML form in Elementor
Elementor has an HTML widget that you can use to add a custom HTML code, CSS, and JavaScript. You can make use of this widget to add your HTML form. To get started, create a new page or post and edit it with Elementor. You can also edit an existing page, of course.

Add a new section by clicking the plus button on the canvas area and add the HTML widget by dragging it from the left panel to the canvas area.

Paste the HTML code of your form to the HTML Code field on the left panel.

If your HTML form uses external files for the CSS, images, and other supporting materials, don’t forget to upload the folder that hosts the CSS code, images, and other materials to the root directory of your website.
