Gutenberg -- the default WordPress editor -- is not just a content editor to create blog posts. You can also use it to create pages just like Elementor, Divi, and other page builder plugins.

The problem is that the built-in styling options offered by Gutenberg are extremely limited. If you have CSS knowledge, you can use it to overcome the limitation.
